Vice President of Child Wellness Operations
Iris began her career as a case manager at Aunt Martha’s in 1995, and has held roles of increasing responsibility in the agency’s child welfare work, including Director of Foster Care (Cook County); Licensing Supervisor; Licensing Coordinator; Adoption Specialist, and Associate Administrator.
Iris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sociology from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s of Social Work from Governor’s State University.
