Early Childhood Education Job Fair!

Date: Thursday, June 30th

Time: 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm

Location: 440 Forest Boulevard, Park Forest, IL 60466


Aunt Martha's is seeking interested and qualified candidates for positions in our Early Learning Centers, located in Park Forest, IL and Riverdale, IL. The Early Learning Centers serve children ages 3-4 from low-income families and provide the basic foundation of a positve attitude toward learning and place an early emphasis on the adoption of healthy habits. Open positions include the following:

Director of Head Start

This position oversees and provides leadership for the Head Start program and staff. The Director ensures the effective utilization of the multiple funding streams that support the Head Start program, including but not limited to the Childcare, USDA Food Program, Foundations and other charitable groups and organizations. Mandatory requirements include a Master's degree in Early Childhood as well as previous supervisory and Head Start experience. This positon reports ot the Vice President of Education and Youth Programming.

Site Manager

This position will oversee the day-to-day activities of our Park Forest Early Learning Center including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with agency, licensing and funder requirements. Mandatory requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood as well as previous supervisory and Head Start experience. This position reports to the Director of Head Start.

Teacher and Substitute Teacher

These positions will facilitate classroom activities to ensure that all children in the classroom are provided with a safe, nurturing, and secure living environment that is individualized to support the child's growth and development. Mandatory requirements include an Associate's degree in Early Childhood. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and previous experience a plus.
