Aunt Martha’s is looking for Qualified Health Care and Social Service Professionals to join our organization!

 

Aunt Martha’s Youth Service Center, Inc., is a private, not-for-profit, regionally-based agency providing complete health and social services for family members of all ages in underserved areas across Illinois.  All services, including mental health and primary healthcare, are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and all of our healthcare centers are Federally Qualified.

We will be recruiting for the following positions in South Suburban Cook County and Hanover Park areas:

Case Manager-Targeted Intensive Pre-Natal Case Management Services:

Requirements-MSW Required. Licensed RN preferred (RN must have a BSN to be qualified for this position). Must have experience working with pregnant and parenting women, have an extensive Public Health background, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledgeable about community resources. MSW candidates must be Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) speaking.

 

Health Educator:

Requirements- BSW Degree required. Licensed RN preferred (RN must have a BSN to be qualified for this position). Must have experience working with pregnant and parenting women, have an extensive Public Health background, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledgeable about community resources. BSW candidates must be Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) speaking.

 

Nutritionist/Dietician (WIC Program):

Requirements-Licensed Dietician Nutritionist (License in State of Illinois), Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nutrition science, dietetics, community nutrition, or public health nutrition required. Three (3) years experience in dietetic practice preferred. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) speaking preferred.

 

RN (WIC Program):

Requirements-Licensed RN (License in State of Illinois), BSN required. Three (3) years experience in dietetic practice preferred. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) speaking preferred.
